Mexico City's Engui wins Player of the Week award
The American League Player of the Week award goes to

starting leftfielder. Engui helped his team with an

of the Week award goes to <a href=p2288.html>Wenceslao 
Barrot</a>, Arizona's starting catcher. Wenceslao pounded 
opposing pitchers, hitting .552 with 4 HR and 7 RBI 
while slugging 1.069. Wenceslao is hitting .323 this 
year, with 157 hits in 486 at bats. He has driven in 
64 runs, slugging .512.
